Happy New Year everyone.

Our 2016 portion of the curling season is off to a busy start. Aside from our usual league curling we are booked solid every weekend until the end of March.

Our Golf tournament was held at Coyote Creek in Sundre last June. We had 2 bus loads of golfers! A BIG thank you to Red Deer Collision and Al-Terra Engineering for helping out with sponsorship dollars for the buses. We are once again booked for Coyote Creek this coming June 17, 2016. Save the date!  Watch for details to be posted at a later date.

Our Annual Awards Night will go once again on April 1, 2016.  We recognize our League & Club Champions  at this event. A supper and dance is also included.  Tickets will be on sale in March.

As you have likely noticed, we have some new rings in the ice.  These are essentially huge decals.  They make it much quicker and easier for us to install ice.  They also provide a source of revenue for the club.  Any one that may be interested in buying house rings to advertise their business can contact me here at the club. It is a three (3) year commitment at the cost of $1,200.00 per year and includes the cost of the rings.

We will be starting a club 50/50 raffle in the near future.  This is an effort to fund raise.  There will also be a “2nd Chance Draw” you could enter with your non-winning tickets for a chance to win Memorial Cup tickets

Club Championships start the week of March 21st.  This year the men’s division will include a “C” division.  Same rules apply.  Top 2 teams in each league for each each division and two (2) wildcard spots that could come from any league.
