Volunteer of the Month
	The Red Deer Curling Centre salute the Volunteer of the Month. Without tthe generous gift of time that volunteers provide, events like the World Curling Tour would not be possible. If you would like to recognize someone as the Voulunteer of the month, please click here to make a nomination.

Junior Program:

Assist in coaching, Mondays 4 - 7pm Wed. 4:30 - 5:30pm, choose one or both of these opportunities and the Red Deer Curling Centre will pay for your course.

Board of Directors

Would like to make difference? Serving on the Red Deer Curling Centre board can be both challenging and rewarding. This progressive not for profit Centre provides the City of Red Deer and the surrounding area with a facility and management for all to enjoy the life long sport of curling. Bonspiels

The smile on the faces of the Lite Rockers (7-10yr olds) in their first spiel will make your heart sing. Or if you want to meet World Champions such as Canada’s Kelly Scott and Jennifer Jones, come out and lend a hand at the next World Curling Tour Event held ever year at the Red Deer Curling Centre.

We need extra Volunteers for Curling Events like Bonspeils and The Red Deer Curling Classic. Here are some of the positions and their duties:

LOUNGE TABLE CAPTAIN

• Clear and wipe tables
• Clear and clean window ledges

BAR BOSS

• Restock cooler
• Top up ice in sinks
• Wash and restock glasses
• Stack and organize empties

CLEANING GENERAL

• Complete cleaning of floors
• Clean viewing windows upstairs and downstairs
• Empty garbage

LOWER FLOOR TIDY TIGER

• Clear and wipe tables
• Clear and spot clean windows
• Walk through bathrooms, restock toilet tissue and hand towels
• Clean and empty recycle containers
• General tidy up area (pick up, straighten and tidy chairs)
• Empty garbage if necessary

TICKET MASTER

• 50/50 Ticket sales
• Pull Ticket sales
